On 7 September 2026, the Holy Orthodox Order of Saint George the Great Martyr issued solemn Letters Patent formally ratifying the constitutional provisions of the alliance sealed between the Order and the Royal and Princely House of Zaccaria de Damalà.

Issued under the hand of the Grand Knight, His Most Excellency Konstantine Pandolfi, in accordance with the Instrument of Perpetual Amity, Mutual Recognition and Sacred Cooperation executed in Hartford on 9 August 2026, the diploma invests the Head of the House with the Order’s supreme restricted rank of Knight Grand Collar and formally confirms his hereditary office as Royal Protector of the Order, transmissible by strict agnatic primogeniture.

Under the reciprocal architecture of the covenant, while the House of Zaccaria de Damalà extended its unextinguished historical regalian prerogative (jus honorum) and the heraldic concession of the Imperial Double-Headed Eagle to anchor the chivalric standing of the Order, the conferral of the Grand Collar serves as the formal institutional instrument recognising the Prince's sovereign qualitas across all its commanderies, associates, and ecclesiastical spheres of operation.

The promulgation of this charter completes the formal diplomatic and heraldic integration of the two allied institutions in service to the Christian East.
